- Select Additional troubleshooters > Bluetooth > Run the troubleshooter.

Step 3: Verify Bluetooth in Device Manager
- Press Windows + X and select Device Manager.
- Expand Bluetooth. Look for:
- Bluetooth Adapter (e.g., Intel, Realtek, Qualcomm).
- If there's a yellow triangle or it's missing, the driver may need reinstalling.
- Right-click the Bluetooth adapter and select:
- Enable device (if it's disabled).
- Update driver > Search automatically for updated drivers.
Step 4: Roll Back or Reinstall Bluetooth Drivers
- In Device Manager, right-click the Bluetooth adapter and select Properties.
- Go to the Driver tab and choose:
- Roll Back Driver (if available).
- If not, choose Uninstall device > Check Delete the driver software for this device > Click Uninstall.
- Restart your laptop. Windows will reinstall the driver automatically.
