I discovered a few weeks ago my camera will not work, I tried a few things and couldn't figure it out. I also didn't really have the time to deal with it at the time. A few days ago I finally had time to mess with it. Well I ended up in a troubleshooting chat with Microsoft. Long story short those idiots deleted the camera driver from my laptop and now they can not figure out how to redownload it on to my computer!!!
Microsoft says its not their driver/software its HP's . WE as in Microsoft and I went through HP's website can not find software or driver download for camera anywhere. But Microsoft swears the camera is not their program or software or driver!!
Now I STILL can not get my camera to work and now the driver can not be "troubleshooted" because the idiots at Microsoft deleted the driver and now cant figure out how to redownload it!!
Does anyone hear know where to find the driver download for the built in camera on HP Omen? OR has anyone else had the same issue of camera not working? Thank you for your help.
