Hi, It seems your HP OMEN HSA Service is stopped. Did you face any abnormal experience on these services to cause you disable it? Please share your experience with us.
Please check your AntiVirus software, to see if HP or XTU related services are blocked. If yes, please enable services and try again.
If still not fixed, please find Service in Windows Menu, and open it:
In the services menu, search for hp services (wording starting with HP or XTU). Enable them (set to Start and Automatic) if any of them are disabled.
Finally, restart OS and try OMEN Gaming Hub again.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
