Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb0000 (598V2AV)

My computer can barely handle running a game at a steady framerate on lowest graphics. Thats really it, when I play Apex (or other games), My computer's framerate dips from steady 60 to 20 then back to 50 then back down to 20 over and over. Constant drops and spiking back up only to drop again. If anyone has any suggestions, I would really appreciate it.
