I have an hp omen 15-dc0013nq gaming laptop which has a 256 gb ssd and a 1tb hdd with windows installed on ssd. 2 days ago i was trying to play a game installed on hdd but an error popped when i tried to launch it saying that the game couldnt be found so i tried to search it in documents but there were only the partitions from ssd. I restared the laptop and everything went normal.
Now, i had the same problem and restarted the laptop. But it froze at the start screen with omen logo for almost 1 minute and then appeared an error on a black screen that was saying " hard disk error / please run the hard disk test in system diagnostics / Hard disk 2 (3F2) / F2 system diagnostics. So i entered the hw diag and tried hard drive chech which says 1 passed and in storage test says "no storage installed". How should i solve this problem?? The laptop is in warranty, [edit] but the robot in support says it is expired and i can't contact a real person.
