When I start my computer the fan starts making noises like if it's grinding with something, I opened my laptop and then checked the fan and It's seemed alright but it's a liiiittle jiggling not like the other fan.
But when the fan starts spinning really fast the noises disappears until it spins slowly again then the noise comes back.
So I switched places for the two fans so only when the computer needs so much ventilating then it makes noises.
Is there anyway I can fix it at home since all the repair shops are closed because of the coronavirus.
This is my fan model : 15-AX CPU fan FOXCONN G35 NFB62A05H FSFA15M DC5V 0.50A 7454W3A1

@Ssomeone The noise or sound could be appearing from the fan,
And to resolve issues such as Fan is Noisy and Spins Constantly:

- Increasing the efficiency of the notebook to reduce heat
- Using Windows Task Manager to identify corrupt processes
- Selecting power save settings to shut off your computer when it is not in use
