My gaming lab top will not boot the light stays green but the screen stays black. The charger is working. Any ideas?hp pavilion gaming laptop 15-cx0058wm

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

Could you please help me with the operating system of your Laptop?

 

And also follow the below steps and check if you can boot into the BIOS page.

 

1. Turn on or restart the computer.

2. While the display is blank, press the f10 key to enter the BIOS settings menu.
