Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi,
There are few issues I am going to describe:
1. When I type press T or Y, it inputs T or Y then the cursor automatically goes to the start of the line. It doesn't come back when I use touchpad to get to the place where I was typing. If I use arrow-right key then only it works.
2. If there is any media playing, it goes to the start automatically, as if someone is pressing arrow left continuously.
3. Shift+Arrow-left doesn't work for going backward in any media but Arrow-left works.
4. Backlight never goes off.
Please help!! Thanks for all your help.
