My HP VICTUS 16 Laptop is is having issues with its graphic card it is not showing in task manager and not working either but it is showing in the device manager there its showing (error 43) and when i install latest drivers from AMD auto detect it is able to detect my GPU and able to install the drivers but when i open the AMD adrenalin software it won't open instead a error pop up comes in written "The version of AMD software that you have launched is not compatible with your currently installed AMD drivers". I have Installed older version of driver latest versions of drivers but it still coming i have also deleted my drivers via DDU in safe mode but it still there i also reset my pc a few times but its still there at last i even installed a new operating system (Windows 11) again from 21H2 but it still there i have watched few of the tutorials online they say go in hp bios and check weather you pc is mainly using you dedicated or integrated GPU but i can't see that because there is no advance option in my BIOS so the least i can do was load default bios settings and i thing i also did before installing the new operating system was i also rolled back to the previous version of Bios to see it that helps but its still there. And i also visit a nearest local shop to get my laptop fixed but he said he didn't knew why My dedicated GPU is not showing So at last i thought i should ask for assistance from HP.

No, Task Manager shows iGPU only. Please perform a clean install driver from
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/victus-by-hp-16.1-inch-gaming-laptop-pc-16-e0000/2100371512
1. Uninstall existing driver the reboot,
2. Install new downloaded driver then reboot.
Hope this helps
