My laptop have low performant unless i restart it

I normally got 144fps in apex legends but whenever i bring the laptop outside , used it to 40-50% battery then i went home plugged in the charger and i notice the performance is very bad as if the laptop haven't gotten charged yet . Genshin , apex , overwatch only got half the fps i used to have . But after i restarted the laptop , everything becomes normal again . Is it a bug ? should i be worries about it

(1) Run    msinfo32

(2) Start Windows <Device Manager>

- Expand <Display adapters>

- Expand <Network adapters>
