Hi,
This issue is giving me lot of issues, its been 2-3 years now that I have been facing this issue on regular basis.
My laptop locks its screen (displays 'locking') and goes into sleep mode or hibernating mode by itself without any input. When I turn on my laptop, it starts where it has locked or entered sleep mode.
When I checked Event Viewer for some information, it showed me, ' The system was hibernated due to a critical thermal event'. Also, I am attaching a snapshot of the event viewer page. I have replaced thermal paste and my laptop is also not over heating.
Following is my system information for reference;
System Type - x64-based PC
System SKU - M2W72PA#ACJ
Processor - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-5200U CPU @ 2.20GHz, 2195 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
BIOS Version/Date - Insyde F.91, 20-Aug-19
SMBIOS - Version 2.8
I hope I have provided all necessary information.
Please provide some solution for this issue.
Thank You
