There are a few basic steps you can try. First, make sure the charger is properly connected and working check if its LED is on, or test it with a voltmeter to confirm it’s supplying around 19 volts. If possible, try using another compatible charger. Next, perform a hard reset by unplugging everything (including the battery, if it’s removable), then hold down the power button for 15–30 seconds to discharge any remaining power. After that, plug in the charger and try turning it on again. Also, ensure there are no external devices connected that might interfere with the boot process. If the issue persists, try reseating the RAM and checking for any loose internal connections. In some cases, a faulty DC power jack or a motherboard issue could be the cause. If none of these steps work, the laptop may require professional repair to check for internal hardware faults.
