HP Recommended

After one year of use, my HP Victus 15-fa1278TX gaming laptop (i5 13th gen, RTX 4050 (6GB vram), 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD) occasionally hangs—sometimes while gaming, browsing with multiple Chrome tabs, or using MS Word. Is this normal? recently i updated windows 11Version 25H2.  My warranty has already expired.
