Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa1000 (7K2V7AV)

My dGPU is refusing to work. On task manager, the dGPU only ever gets up to 14% on copy, but it usually hovers between 3 and 0%, and the 3D is always 0%. When I open a game, the iGPU maxes out, and the framerate is atrocious. I have tried going into both the nvidia control panel and windows settings to prefer use of the dGPU, and still nothing. I have tried updating and rolling back the drivers, as well as turning the device off and on in device manager. What else can I do?
