Hi @krish512,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your Windows key isn't working on your Victus 15 laptop, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try.

  • Restart your computer: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve many software-related issues, including problems with the Windows key.
  • Check for physical damage: Make sure there's no physical damage to the Windows key or the keyboard itself. If there's any debris or obstruction, gently clean the area around the key.
  • Update drivers: Outdated or corrupted keyboard drivers can cause issues with certain keys, including the Windows key. Go to Device Manager, locate the keyboard drivers, and update them if necessary.
  • Check for malware: Malware can sometimes interfere with the normal operation of your keyboard. Perform a full system scan using reliable antivirus software to rule out any malware-related issues.
  • Keyboard settings: Check your keyboard settings to ensure that the Windows key hasn't been disabled accidentally. You can do this by going to Settings > Devices > Keyboard.
  • Try an external keyboard: If you have access to an external keyboard, connect it to your laptop and see if the Windows key works with the external keyboard. This can help determine if the issue is with the laptop's keyboard itself.
  • System Restore: If the issue started recently and you made changes to your system, try using System Restore to revert your system to a point before the issue occurred.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
