Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-dk1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My NVIDIA is not working hence the HDMI no longer works. Everything was working fine but then received a failed nvlddmkm.sys error. Tried to reinstall Windows from the hard drive restore partition, and also tried to re-install Windows from HP Support and both end up in BSOD (blue screen of death). Successfully re-installed Windows from Microsoft download. The OS was working fine until installing the NVIDIA GeForce driver, then again BSOD. Updated the BIOS from HP download, and then tried everything again with same failed result. Really hope someone can help me out as I really enjoy using my HP Pavilion.
