I need an SSD upgrade but I've been trying to contact HP for this. The website is ridicilously full of bugs and errors. Contacting with chat seems impossible because I get ignored. Can someone please help me with my storageproblem? I want to buy an upgrade while my carepack doesn't go void.
I am very sad that I have bought the carepack because of how poor HP has his customer service and website.
I this last resort support request will be seen but here I try...

According to your service manual (on page 2), your model comes with one M.2 slot that is PCIe gen 3.0. You can install an M.2 NVMe gen 4, but it'll run at gen 3 speeds.
You can upgrade M.2 NVMe SSD to any size, 1, 2 or 4TB.
This HP disassembly video may be of help for M.2 drive upgradation.
