I have a question and before the question, I want to describe my feelings about How much pathetic HP is.
I wanted to buy a laptop. I wanted to know how much RAM is upgradeable in a specific HP victus laptop before buying it. In the HP store page, there are some text listed as "FAQs". One of the questions there is about "ram upgrades" and its answer is "check the product specification page for this information as different model have different level of upgrades". But I already checked the whole page throughly and there was no information available regarding RAM upgrades, just very basic info, the page doesn't even contains the information about the WiFi card used. Pathetic! Even I contacted customer care support team through call. They were sales support so they transferred my call to technical support. A girl answered, and I told her about my question. She put my call on hold and after sometime she answered and told me to tell her my product's "serial number". I said "I haven't purchased yet", she said "we can't help you without serial number". Moreover, she didn't seem professional, and there was people talking and laughing in the background and she doesn't seem technical to me anyway, she seemed confused a lot of times.
Not revealing/mentioning proper information about the product in their "product specification" page, Support team is unaware, no professionalism, seemed cheap and so poor quality company.
Q.
hat's the naming scheme used in victus. Ain't there any way to tell which model is newer/better/updated generation. Like there's generation in Lenovo IdeaPad gaming series.
Maybe it's Bad grammar but I made sure it's understandable.
