Can someone help me please.1 week ago i buy this notebook HP Pavilion gaming-cx004ur(4PP88EA) for my son.He play WOrld of Warcraft but after 1 hour playing temperature of processor about 91 degrees Celsius.After i download HP programm and update all my drivers also i try to download HP cool sense but i cant instal it because after instalation nothing hapend...

I don't know that I can actually help you solve the problem specifically, those laptops run hot and are not like a desktop with bigger cooling. Sounds like you've already done all you can with updates to the system.

About all I can offer is to do what others here have done in the past with under volting the CPU with tools like Intels XTU or Throttlestop. Under volting is not necessarily the same as underclocking/overclocking, but it does help to lower the temperatures of the CPU. It will also cut performance somewhat by stopping the CPU from turbo boosting.

You will need to contact their forums for help with their software. I do not offer advice on how to use it.

If the system is brand new, you have a couple of alternatives. You can also contact HP Support for a warranty issue and speak one on one with an agent. Or (last resort) you can take the unit back to the store for a refund if you're not satisfied.
