After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that OMEN software is not compatible with models.

Thank you for posting back.
Let's delete the macro
Click the red X icon next to the macro name to delete it, then click Yes in the pop-up message.
Next, Create a macro:
Record a series of keystrokes to be initiated using a macro key.
-
Select the key set to choose which key press or combination of key presses initiates the macro.

Select the key set

Select the key
-

Choose a key for the new macro, then click Create new.
The Create Macro screen opens.

Name the macro.

Select a delay option.
-
Recorded delay: The time between keypresses is recorded and applied when the macro is initiated.
-
Fixed delay: Assign a uniform delay between each keypress in the macro.
-
No delay: All keys in the macro are activated at the same time.

Click Record to begin programing the macro.

Press each key in the desired macro sequence.

Click Stop to finish the macro.

Edit any keypresses or delays that require change.

Click Save to finalize the macro.
