I have been trying to update my bios through hp support assistant and since it doesn't allow me to update the bios through the gui I downloaded the bios to a USB. However in the instructions on hp it says to pick the bin that matches my system board id but the three bins provided do not match. My system board is 825f but there are no bins that match. The bins on the usb after downloading are 0820D, 08209, and 08217.

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the BIOS issue:
I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. Let's perform BIOS Rollback:
- Firstly, remove the hard drive from the computer.
- Once the hard drive is removed, turn on the computer without the hard drive- While booting as the computer doesn’t detect a hard drive, it’ll automatically roll back to the previous bios.
- Put the HDD back in and turn it ON. It might give an error about the improper shutdown. Just click continue and it should boot to windows.
