I switched off what your asked, quite simple to do thank you and plugged the power cable back in and the Dots appear and after 5min the Crazy Lines started to appear. I enable the above and then disabled AMD Radeon Graphics and the screen was good no issues.

 

Conclusion I'm guessing the issue is AMD Radeon Graphics and not the AMD Radeon RX6600M. I updated both drivers and still no change.

 

Its best to book it in with HP and get it fixed I think like you said before.
