Hello.
I recently ordered a HP Pavilion 15-bc514TX 2019 from amazon.
First of all , it came in a big carton. Inside it was fully bubble wrapped and perfectly packed, but to my surprise their was no HP box. There was just the laptop sitting inside all the packing, a separately packed battery and charger, and a small hp manual as to how to setup the system.
Also, in the specs it was written that it had 512gb HDD and 512gb SSD, but i got only 512GB SSD in my system. Going deep into amazon comments, according to people, there is a slot free for HDD and HDD is not provided.
So i was curious about what to do further. Should i keep it or consider a return?
Please help as soon as possible.
Thanks

Hello @SahilChawla7!
Checking specifications on HP Support for the HP Pavilion 15-bc514TX shows me it includes a single 512 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD and no additional Hard Drive.

The packing condition it was received sounds like it was repacked/resold by a third party re-seller then fulfilled by Amazon. Just doing some searching I found that to be the case. To verify pull up your order details on Amazon and it will tell you who it was sold by.
