Hi,
I left the laptop sleeping over night and now it won't wake up... it won't power up. I've got an LED light on the power button that goes on and off (upon pressing) and an LED for the AC Jack that was orange for a short while but now its white. The fans don't spin and I don't see any other signs of power through the system.
I've exhausted all my options through Virtual Agent. I've tried resetting as per instructions for ''Perform a power reset (notebooks)''. I've removed the battery, reset and then reconnect... no power.
Any suggestions on what else I can try? Should I buy a new battery? Or do I send this back to HP for repair?
Many thanks in advance.
D
