Hi @Blarroque

This Omen by HP Laptop doesn't have that key at all, so your best option would be using an external keyboard (USB / Bluetooth) to do the key input and set up the macro or to enable the Windows in-build Screen Keyboard:

Hi @Blarroque

Please attempt it with the Windows on-screen Keyboard to see if you get the same results.

Hi @Blarroque

No idea why that one would no be working. Is it possible that you have a USB Keyboard that you can use?
Does it have to be Right Ctrl? If it is for a game maybe you can remap that key.

Best regards.
