I ordered Hp Victus 16 - s0094ax model from amazon on 8th October 2023 and it is delivered on 13 October 2023 but my laptop is neither charging nor turning on so I reported this problem to Amazon then they said we are appointing a technician he will check your computer after this further process will be done but they didn't do anything they just create my case number, no technician was appointed for me at that time , Thankgod I contacted hp regarding this and hp appointed a technician for me within 24 hours so on 19th October 2023 technician visited my home and he gave me DOA letter and said that - show this letter to reseller they will provide you refund or replacement and then after this I called Amazon on 19th October and they finally accept my refund request and they said your product will be picked up on 23 October 2023 , but on 23 October 2023my refund request got cancelled and after this I called Amazon customer care they are saying that you have to wait to 27 October after this your problem will be solved , because according to them they have to do inquiry after this they will make another pickup... Amazon is just increasing my time day by day , I just want my refund or replacement... Please help what should I do now , Can I get replacement from HP side ??
