Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

You got a lifetime Microsoft Office subscription from HP at Laptop purchase. This was not a trial offer of Microsoft Office.

 

Did you register the lifetime subscription using your Microsoft Account?

 

You should be able to verify an active Microsoft subscription after signing in to your Microsoft Account.

 

Look in Windows "Settings>Accounts>Subscriptions".
