Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z4AV)

I had brought this laptop a month earlier and this had warranty mismatch issues. I raised a complaint to HP website, they asked for my documents of purchase and I was assured that the problem will be rectified within a week. It's been 15 days now and I haven't got any solution. What should I do?
