Product: OMEN 15-dc0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an OMEN by HP laptop 15-dc0xxx that I bought recently, and when I started a game up everything was fine with OMCC, I had a razer mouse plugged into it and I closed the game, later on, I opened the game again, and the fps seemed to be limited to 30 instead of 60, and I can't update OMCC for some odd reason, please help? OMCC v: 9.4.13.0

I think you mean OCC (Omen Command Center). The current version at the time I write this is 9.5.8.0

It will auto update from Windows Updates.

Go to Windows Updates and force it to search for updates. Click on the search button, even if it shows its already up to date. Let them install and do it again until no more are found. Reboot.

This will also update any other needed files for the OCC.
