Recently my omen 15 laptop left CPU fan started rattling and causing vibrations this issue had occurred earlier also which was sorted by support team by asking me do thermal and fan speed test but this time around on doing these test's system is throwing me error that CPU fan has failed the test system fan 90B also its no longer pushing out the air.
Upon contacting support team they shared a doc with possible solution for above problem which didn't help and said they can not further help since my product is no longer in warranty but the thing is I had already purchased an warranty extension but according to the sales team it will take 21 days for warranty activation, So I am sitting in a weird place where nether my warranty is getting activated nor I am getting help from support team.
If anyone has had similar issue with fan please suggest possible solution.
Thanks in advance
