OMEN 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ever since this monday, im unable to boot my laptop.

Upon boot, it will get stuck at the spinning dot, and after that bluescreen will appear. And then it loops.

Ive been trying to get into advance option and by luck ive been able to get in. I tried reset but it just froze at 1%.

Been trying to boot from flash drive but it just never been able to detect, been testing with system diagnostics but everythings fine on usb port.

Everytime i tried boot when pressing F9  from bios setup, i wont be able to see it.

Ive just bought this pc for 2 month. What should i do, please help me.

2 months old? you need to contact HP Support directly for warranty issues. The hard drive might have to be replaced.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
