Since that doesn't give either age or vendor there is little I can offer.

 

Serial number of the PC.    EGG738FLAN  the  4th 5th and 6th characters are the year and week of manufacture.

 

2017    38 th week of that year.  Probably September.

I've read this earlier. It didn't help because there is no white light. I just opened the laptop, reseated RAM and battery and it still won't work.
