I actually turn off my turbo boost mode because my CPU temperature is ridiculously high, however it sacrifice my frame rate about 10-20 FPS. is there any solution to make my notebook cooler? I tried undervolting -50mv but nothing happens.

You can see sometimes it may go up to over 90°C. Running over 90°C is very normal for an HP Omen. Two fans are not enough, it uses 150W to 200W when gaming. Have you tried to touch to a 100W incandescent lamp (when it's on) ?
Please try a cooling pad, this may help a bit. Machine will automatically shut itself down when too hot.

I got the laptop on May 26 2022, I started playing games June 1 and today. I just use Throttlestop to set my cpu speed to avg. If i use my turbo boost mode i always get 75-80 temps on heavy games like (bf5, far cry 5, Star wars battlefront II, Control)
