Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,
I would like to ask some help or support. On the date July 2017 I bought an Omen 17-w204nl.  I've just noticed that a bulge has grown on the bottom of the laptop, specifically below the keyboard on the right part. The bulge is big enough that it has pushed up the keyboard. I've read in the forum some posts about the same issue but I don't feel comfortable with opening the product and extract the battery.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
