I will start by saying I am not the most computer savvy person so if the fix is obvious i probably wouldn't have noticed it.
Anyway, I have owned this laptop for the best part of 6months now and it has always ran fine, able to play any game I want, until recently. A few days ago I tried to launch Total War: Warhammer III (a new quite demanding game) and within a minute the game would crash sending me back to restart. With Warhammer III it would do this on repeat so at first i thought it was simply an issue with that game however, whilst playing Elden ring (another demanding game) the problem began with that. The only difference being it would crash irreguarly sometimes after 5 minutes other times after 30 but never making it much longer than that.
Obviously when you have a powerful gaming laptop you expect it to perform as such. If anyone could help i would be very grateful.
Again I apologies if it's a poor explanation. Below are laptop specs.
CPU: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Laptop GPU, Intel(R) UHD Graphics
RAM x2: 16gb DDR4, 3200mhz
Operating system: Windows 11
Storage: Samsung 1tb SSD
