OMEN by HP - 17-an117ur
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Four days ago I bought "OMEN by HP - 17-an117ur" and immediately ran into a problem: OMEN Command Center button not working and  in the Macro tab written System.Object.  I tried to solve this problem by downloading the HP Support Assistant and installing updates to all drivers (including BIOS, chipset drivers and OMEN Command Center SDK Package), and also reinstalling OMEN Command Center from Microsoft Store, but nothing helped. I'am Sorry for my English.

Did not work:

I partially managed to solve the problem after meeting with a friend who also has Omen laptop, and he has a working Omen Сommand Сenter. I deleted my Omen Сommand Сenter and installed the downloaded Omen Сommand Сenter from my friend into the C:\Program Files\HP\OMEN Ally directory, which allowed me to finally use macros. You can download it here but it's in Russian. To create a shortcut in ⊞ Win for Omen Сommand Сenter, you can do the following: Create an Omen Сommand Сenter shortcut and move it to the C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs directory. It remains only to find a way to make the OMEN Command Center button work.

HEllo @ZorGer

HP is working on a solution, but I do not know when it will be solved.

Please contact HP support and report the issue asap as a warranty issue.

Hi @Photoray002

I hope HP will solve this problem, otherwise it turns out that I have seven useless buttons on the laptop for $ 1,100:Laptop::Crying:

Hey! That's awesome. Thanks for the download link. I am trying to make it work, as I am having a similar issue as the one you had. This is how it looks your OCC in my laptop:Captura.JPGIt's incomplete, but I am working on it.
