OMEN by HP 15-dc1005na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Greetings,

Everything was working totally fine, just recently I noticed that OMEN command center,  system vitals, shows me incorrect data:

GPU: -1%, temp: -1°C

CPU: (percents seems to work fine), temp: -1°C

Memory: -1%, -0.08GB/8.00GB

I tried to reinstall OMEN command center, but it didn't fix the problem.

I don't know if this is connected in some way, but updates (windows, any other software) always fails (it took ~10 times to update windows).

I bought PC ~ a month ago, could it be that that it's not the software's but hardware's issue?

Repairing app didn't help either,

I just re-installed windows (I had a suspicion I might have a virus of some sort) and everything seems to work fine now.

Thank you for your help and efforts.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the Omen command center is showing incorrect data.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you uninstall the Omen command center and then download and install it from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

Nope, That didn't fix the problem....

First I tried to uninstall Omen command center the normal way (through computer settings), then using revo uninstaller pro to make sure that there was nothing left completely.

Both attempts were unsuccessful.

@Fizzy_Wizzy,

I recommend you follow the below steps and check if it helps.

  1. Search “Add or remove programs”
  2. Find the Omen Command Centre and click it.
  3. Don't uninstall it! Click the “Advanced options”
  4. Scroll all the way down to the Reset Section.
  5. Click “Repair”
