Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

System get two slow and some time air venting fans not working, and temperature of processor with hold at  55° to 60° Celsuis  and processor get self controlled by reducing performance. when processor run in on-battery maximum 2.4ghz speed but my processor base speed is 3.20ghz When I plug to DC power, processor get normal and performance much faster upto 4.1ghz.please help me to solve this issue, i bought this product within 3 months only. when i visit local service center also they will never give proper response and i will never seen like this worst service center ever. HELP ME!!!
