Hello,
I have an Omen 15 from 2020 with and AMD CPU and a RTX GPU
Last week I updated my bios after it was displayed in the available updates of HP Support Assistant.
I have now the version AMI F.24 of 15 of November 2023.
The issue is that some time at the startup, the laptop will forget the fan of my dedicated graphic card and will make the CPU fan go louder to compensate.
A simple shutdown will make him remember the fan but not a restart.
A restart will trigger the error 90b system fan not functioning correctly.
I'm a bit new to reporting issue at HP so I decided to make this post.
Do you know if this is a known issue and if it will be resolved soon ?
If it's the wrong place, how can I report this issue effectively ?
Thanks in advance.
