You notebook has AMD graphics card !
You cannot use the official AMD drivers for your HP notebook !
You must use the released and certified AMD drivers from HP.
Important:
First, please create a windows restore point, before you start experimenting...

(1) Remove all graphics drivers/artefacts with Display Driver Uninstaller DDU
https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
(2) Shutdown ( No Power Sleep or Hibernate ) your notebook !
(3) Start and install the HP released and certified AMD driver

(4) Shutdown ( No Power Sleep or Hibernate ) your notebook !
(5) Start and test again ...
