Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-en0002ax
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought Hp omen 15 a year ago. It was working fine till last month. Suddenly one day when i turn it on it wasnt login in after entering the password (i dont know if it updated in background or not since i always have good net connection in laptop) and i had to rewrite BIOS so that i log in. After that day laptop has been totally slow and some of the function has stopped working. Some of the problems are : 1. Not letting me set PIN for log in. 2. Chrome doesnt work and if it does then it stops working after some time. 3. Some application do not open and closes even after waiting for a hour. 4. The start icon doesnt work. 5. The 'command prompt' doesnt show any result. 6. After shut down the CPU doesnt shut down 7. Totally slow and doesnt even do simple task like opening a folder after 10-15 minutes of use (have to restart for using it 10 more minutes)

The specification of my laptop is as follows:

Hp Omen laptop 15-en0xxx

Processor : AMD Ryzen 5 4600H with radeon graphics 3.00 GHz

64 bit OS, 

Window 10 home single language
