(1) Install and start <Open Hardware Monitor>

There is a DirectX error ( dump ). We have a special situation here. HP restricts the availability of the graphics card drivers, i.e. you can only install the driver from HP ( they are NOT the latest ! ). But to fix DirectX errors you have to install the latest driver for the graphics card...

 

We have to be careful, first of all do the following:

 

! ! ! CREATE SYSTEM RESTORE POINT ! ! !
