Product: Omen 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi.
My HP Omen 15 laptop will not switch on.
When I press or hold the power button absolutely nothing happens except the white light next to the power adaptor socket blinks repeated sequences of 5 blinks.
Can anyone give me some advice as to what to do?

@Peaoui
Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
- Have you made any hardware/software changes?
- Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps:
Perform a Hard reset on the notebook: A power reset (or hard restart) clears all information from the computer's memory without erasing any personal data.
Keep me posted for further assistance.
