I have the same problem. Except that my plugged in charger is not blinking on the side of laptop. Hard reset isnt working

I have omen 15-ce008nt and its buyed from the hp renew program over 6 months ago.

Laptop Just turned off even if i had full battery charged when i was doing my Office work and from then dont want to turn on.
