Hello,
I have a new Omen 17 gaming laptop. I purchased a game with the following recommended and minimum requirements:
Windows 7 SP2 and Higher
Intel i3
NVIDIA GeForce GT 630
4GB Ram
Windows 10
Intel Core i5-4690
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670
6GB Ram
Each time that I open the game I receive the following error message:
Msg: Can't initialize 3D acceleration. Failed to create device, no d3d11
support: 0x887a0004
File: 1130
Computer: LAPTOP-09DOL2ED
This is an unofficial build. base\run.cpp compiled Nov 19 2019
01:37:20
I have done the following to fix the issue:
- Run all troubleshooting on the drives
- I have confirmed that my DirectX (Version 12) is up-to-date and confirmed that Direct3D Acceleration is "Enabled"
- I have made sure that the graphics card drive is updated
- I have reinstalled Visual C++ Redistributables
None of these potential solutions have fixed the issue. I don't know what I can do to get the game to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
