Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there,

 

I just got my Omen 17t-cb100 CTO and I can't find the keyboard lighting tab on omen command center.

I checked other articles, they suggest to update my windows and omen command center to fix it. I updated everything and still it doesn't show up. I even uninstalled and then installed the omen command center from windows store. Nothing works.

 I wonder the model of my laptop doesn't support keyboard lighting feature. Or am I missing something?

Not all machines have this option/feature. Does your machine have 4-zones keyboard which is similar to

 

             OCC zone.png

 

If not, your machine does not have Lighting option/feature

Hi @Banhien

 

No. Instead of "Lighting" zone, I have "Macros".

I accept that my laptop does not have Lighting option/feature. It's sad but not a big deal
