I see that your experiencing issue with the HP Omen command centre,
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • When was the last time it worked fine?
  •  Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
  • Have you tried updating the HP OMEN Command Center?

  • When was the last time it worked fine?

I really can't remember it.

My friend used this computer for temporary use, and I found this problem after giving it back to me.

 

  •  Have you made any hardware/software changes?

No hardware changes

 

  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

The problem persists after installing OMEN Command Center SDK Package  sp92908.

I used MediaCreationTool to create a USB flash drive. After reinstalling the Windows 10 system, the problem remains.

 

  • Have you tried updating the HP OMEN Command Center?

I updated in the Microsoft store

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. As you've performed relevant troubleshooting steps and the issue persists. 

This sounds like software related issue.
