Hello, i just bought a new laptop and when i want to install the Omen Comand Centrel from hp site said that is for AMD platforms and i don't have a AMD platform and then my laptop restart.
After I tryed to install it from Microsoft Store but he don't recognize my laptop.

Welcome to the HP Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, you are unable to download and install the OMEN Command Center.
Appreciate you trying the troubleshooting steps. Don't worry, I'm here to help!
Let's try these steps -
1) Click on the Windows Store icon in the system tray.
2) Search for OMEN Command Center.
3) Click Update.
4) Wait while the program downloads and installs.
5) Click Play. OMEN Command Center opens.

As you mentioned after installing the app from the app store the device is not getting recognized.
Try the steps recommended below.
To resolve this issue, perform the following steps.
Try uninstalling the app and update the Omen command center software using this link. Click Here
Refer the Omen command center compatibility guide using this link. Click Here

@Hatzz, Thanks for your quick response and time again.
I appriciate your efforts for writing back to us.
As you mentioned you still have issues instaling the omen command center software.
Try uninstalling the software from the control panel and install the Omen control center software using HP recovery manager.

If you still have issues try performing a system reset on your PC.
