Hi @SOHAM14107, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're having issues with the Omen Gaming Hub crashing on your Victus by HP laptop. Here's a step-by-step approach to try and fix it:

Update the Omen Gaming Hub

Ensure that you have the latest version of Omen Gaming Hub. If an update is available, it might address any bugs or compatibility issues. You can check for updates directly in the app or visit the HP Omen Gaming Hub page to download the latest version.

Check for Windows Updates

Outdated system files or drivers could be causing the issue. Make sure Windows 11 is fully updated:

  • Go to Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates.

Reinstall Omen Gaming Hub

Corrupted files in the app could be the cause. Try reinstalling it:

  • Uninstall the app through Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Select Omen Gaming Hub and uninstall.
  • Reinstall the app from the Microsoft Store or HP's official website.

Check for Driver Updates

Sometimes, issues with the graphics or other hardware drivers can cause apps to crash. Update the following drivers:

  • Graphics drivers (NVIDIA or AMD depending on your setup)
  • Chipset drivers
  • Network drivers

You can do this through Device Manager or by visiting the manufacturer's website.

Run the App in Compatibility Mode

If there's a compatibility issue with Windows 11, try running the Omen Gaming Hub in compatibility mode:

  • Right-click the Omen Gaming Hub shortcut > Properties > Compatibility tab.
  • Check Run this program in compatibility mode for: and select an earlier version of Windows, such as Windows 10.

Clear Cache and Reset Omen Gaming Hub

If the app’s cache is corrupted, it could be causing the crashes. Try resetting it:

  • Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features.
  • Find Omen Gaming Hub > Advanced options > Reset.

Check Event Viewer for Error Logs

If the app keeps crashing, there might be error logs that could give more information:

  • Press Windows + X and select Event Viewer.
  • Go to Windows Logs > Application, and look for error messages related to the Omen Gaming Hub.

Try Running System File Checker (SFC)

Corrupted system files could be causing issues:

  • Open Command Prompt as Administrator (right-click and select Run as Administrator).
  • Type sfc /scannow and press Enter. Let it complete and restart your laptop.

Disable Background Applications

Some background applications might conflict with the Omen Gaming Hub. Try disabling unnecessary apps:

  • Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc).
  • Disable unnecessary startup programs under the Startup tab.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
