I've undervolted using the new omen gaming hub update on my gaming notebook and after doing so my CPU load does not display in system vitals tab. my CPU temps does display in the system vitals tab though. Also the undervolting tab is not displaying CPU speed, temp or voltage. The graph and test sections of the undervolting tab show as error and surprisingly enough I can still use the off, intelligent or custom setting for undervolting. I have left the undervolt as I last did it. Help please, maybe its a bug?
Note: My gaming notebook has a i7-10750H CPU

Don't hope any help about bugs of OGH. I already asked in my post (https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Software-and-How-To-Questions/BUG-temporary-fix-OMEN-Gaming-H...) and got nothing. I presume, nobody cares about his app or undervolt
But I can say, that if you're still on v18.104.22.168, stay with it. Dont update to 22.214.171.124 (the last one on Microsoft Store). It's the worst!
For your problem, did you try to disable Power Management on Intel Management Interface? It should solve this issue.
in Device Manager > System Devices > Intel(R) Management Engine Interface, right click on it, choose Property, then in
Power Management tab, UNCHECK "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".
But don't update to v126.96.36.199 cause this tip won't work anymore.

Unfortunately I had already updated OGH to the latest build thinking it would actually fix my issue before my first post, but it remained the same. I tried downloading a link suggested to another user on another post having the same issue, I think they were OGH sdk files but that didn’t work either. I do think this is a bug with the software...I checked task manager as well as other downloadable hardware monitoring and I can see my CPU usage/frequency there, it’s just OGH that’s not displaying it for me. I’d like to get it fixed though because I really use OGH a lot to tune my gaming laptop fans, power modes and having the load/temps right there is really convenient.

ok, I did the update too to see how it works really with this "fix".
So did you try to uncheck Power MAnagement for Intel Management Interface Service as mentioned above ? If it's not enough you can try to install the last Intel XTU just to get last XTU update. That's what I tried on my unit and all is displayed (CPU, etc...)

I tried the intel interface manager power option and unchecked but it didn't do anything. Then tried downloading the latest XTU software and it FIXED my system vitals tab, I can now see CPU utilization. Unfortunately it didn't do anything for my undervolting tab it remained unchanged displaying no graph and no system diagnostic info. one step closer to solving the whole issue though. Thank you thus far!

Hi, if the CPU utilization don't show up, it might be Windows performance counter issue, you can try below command to rebuild performance counter.
- Open “Command prompt” in administrator mode
- Change command prompt working directory to “C:\Windows\System32” and run “lodctr /r”
- Change command prompt working directory to “C:\Windows\SysWOW64” and run “lodctr /r”
- Reboot system.
